Strategic
Sourcing for a
Borderless World.

We don't just supply products; we engineer solutions for the world's most complex procurement challenges. From restricted defence components to critical industrial machinery, we navigate global regulations to deliver where others cannot.

The Gencorp Standard
MandateSourcing under constraint — regulatory, technical, temporal.
SectorsDefence · Heavy Infrastructure · IT & Electronics · Trade & Logistics
DisciplineCompliance-first. Agility in crisis. Professional anonymity.

Gencorp operates at the precise intersection of three disciplines that rarely share a room: Technical Intelligence, Trade Law, and Physical Infrastructure. Most procurement houses command one. A small number command two. The problems we are retained to solve require all three, simultaneously, and under the kind of confidentiality that does not tolerate public disclosure or retrospective explanation.

OEMs, ministries, EPC contractors, and specialist integrators do not come to us for catalogue procurement. They engage when constraints emerge — regulatory, operational, or temporal — and standard channels no longer provide a viable path forward.

These constraints may take the form of export-controlled classifications, limited end-user eligibility, extended OEM lead times, or the coordination of supply across multiple regulated jurisdictions. In such cases, the component is rarely the issue. The determining factor is the structure of the pathway.

Gencorp designs and executes procurement strategies within complex regulatory environments. Each engagement is developed in full alignment with applicable export control frameworks, international trade regulations, and end-use requirements. Compliance is not a constraint to be managed — it is a foundation to be engineered into the solution from the outset.

Our role is to bring clarity to complexity. We align sourcing, regulatory structure, and logistics into a single, executable framework — one that is defensible, efficient, and deliverable under real-world conditions.

We operate under strict confidentiality. Client identities, end-user details, and supplier networks are not disclosed. Engagements are executed with discretion and concluded through a controlled, documented delivery process.

The case structures presented on this site reflect real operational scenarios. They are intentionally abstracted to preserve confidentiality while maintaining precision in method and approach.

All Capabilities
01

Defence Systems & Restricted Components.

Sourcing governed by ITAR, EAR, and end-use screening — avionics, tactical comms, electronic components, and ground support equipment. Built for programmes where the wrong pathway ends the programme.

03 —Engagement Workflow
Full Methodology

A four-stage workflow, applied without exception — from first briefing to final quality release.

Stage 01
01

Requirement Analysis

Deep technical specification, end-use mapping, jurisdictional scoping. Most engagements are shaped — or disqualified — inside this stage.

Stage 02
02

Supplier Identification

Sourcing from approved OEMs and vetted secondary markets. Screened against denied-party lists, country risk, and counterfeit signals.

Stage 03
03

Compliance Check

ITAR, EAR, OFAC, EU dual-use, UK SIEL, and FTZ protocol review. Licence strategy and HTS classification locked before capital commitment.

Stage 04
04

Procurement & QC

Acquisition, inspection, documentary release. Final validation against specification, serial trace, and jurisdictional paperwork.
